The website is designed to walk customers through every step of the process. While designing, I kept in mind that many of our customers might be elderly or disabled, so accessibility was one of my goals. I made sure to have large text and lots of imagery to make the process streamlined and easy.

The process of EV Level Up would save both the installer and customer time and money. Instead of the installer driving out and doing a consultation that might take up to 2 hours, the customer would take pictures and provide measurements themselves. If the customer needs assistance, they would be able to call or chat with an agent who could walk them through the process at no cost. Traditional appointments would also be available for those who are not able to take pictures and measurements themselves.

The second half of the project was creating a platform for the installers. The goal was to convey that EV Level Up is a quick and easy way to give a team of contractors projects when they don't have any other jobs.

We added lots of features for the installers so they can track different aspects of the jobs.

You can keep track of things like materials used, expenses, employees on the job, and statistics, all natively within the EV Level Up platform. The chat feature would be able to provide important information like scheduling and photos.

Having an app would be imperative to the project. I designed a concept for an app that would later be expanded upon by the developers. The client also requested a concept for a shop feature, where the company could sell it's own EV charging equipment.

I designed the logo to convey the idea of electricity and speedy service. Different colorways and variations were provided to the client, as well as a branding book.
